Administrative Meeting to Discuss Spring Results and Fall Plan

On the morning of Wednesday, 23 July 2025, a coordination meeting was held at the university’s administrative building.
The meeting brought together the University President, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, office directors, heads of academic departments, and the Registrar General.

The meeting opened with a welcoming speech by the University President, in which he expressed his gratitude and appreciation for everyone’s efforts during the Spring 2025 semester, and urged them to exert even more effort and dedication in the coming semesters.

He also extended special thanks to the heads of the examination committees for their outstanding performance in organizing and monitoring the examination process and preparing the results in the shortest possible time.

The meeting discussed several important points and topics, most notably:

  1. Reviewing the examination report and the results of the Spring 2025 semester.
  2. Presenting the academic plan for the Fall 2025/2026 semester.
  3. Coordinating the class schedule for the upcoming semester to ensure a smooth educational process.
  4. Discussing the mechanism for admitting new students and renewing registration for the Fall 2025/2026 semester.
  5. Addressing challenges facing the educational process and proposing appropriate solutions.
  6. Ensuring the university’s readiness for the start of the semester, including the maintenance of classrooms and laboratories and the provision of a suitable learning environment.
